The Registration is open Register Now

Registration is REQUIRED for all participants of IEEE ICC 2018.

• ICC 2018 Symposium Authors  Registration Deadline: Monday, 5 February 2018.
  Authors Must register as FULL or LIMITED. A symposium paper author registration covers up to 3 symposium papers.
• ICC 2018 Workshop Authors Registration Deadline: Thursday, 8 March 2018.
  A workshop paper author registration covers up to 2 workshop papers.
• Advance Registration Deadline: Monday, 23 April 2018

Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an author account for these submissions.

Full Registration include access to all sessions, Exhibits including the Welcome Reception, Networking Breaks, (1) Ticket to the Conference Banquet, (1) Ticket the Awards Luncheon and access to the proceedings.  Workshops & Tutorials may be purchased separately.

 

Limited Registration includes access to all sessions, Exhibits including the Welcome Reception, Networking Breaks, and access to the proceedings.  Awards Luncheon, Conference Banquet, Workshops and Tutorials may be purchased separately. 

 

One-Day Registration includes access to all sessions on day selected, Networking Breaks, the proceedings and Exhibits during the day selected.  Awards Luncheon, Conference Banquet, Workshops and Tutorials may be purchased separately. 

 

Student Registration includes access to all sessions, Exhibits including the Welcome Reception, Networking Breaks, and access to the proceedings.  Awards Luncheon, Conference Banquet, Workshops and Tutorials may be purchased separately. 

 

Life Member Registration includes access to all sessions, Exhibits including the Welcome Reception, Networking Breaks, and access to the proceedings.  Awards Luncheon, Conference Banquet, Workshops and Tutorials may be purchased separately. 

 

Industry Forum Registration includes access to the Industry Forum, Exhibits, and Networking Breaks.  No other sessions or offerings are included with this registration category.  Awards Luncheon, Conference Banquet, Workshop and Tutorials may be purchased separately. 

 

(1) Day Course for ESL Engineers on Sunday ONLY  includes access to the (1) Day Course for ESL Engineers.  No other sessions or offerings are included with this registration category.  Awards Luncheon, Conference Banquet, Workshop and Tutorials may be purchased separately. 

 

Tutorial & Workshop registration includes access to the Welcome Reception, Networking Breaks on Sunday, and Lunch.  For planning purposes, please indicate which workshop/tutorial you are planning to attend.

Symposia Papers: To be published in the IEEE ICC 2018 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ICC 2018 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Workshop Papers: To be published in the IEEE ICC 2018 Workshops Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop at the workshop regular rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the ICC2018 Workshop Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop regular rate registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ICC 2018 Workshops Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the publication. 

Note: DO NOT SHARE your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an Author Account. Authors should use EDAS to retrieve their personalized visa assistance letters (soft copy in PDF format) from the "home page" of their accepted papers. Non-Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters or authors needing a hard copy of the letter must complete an IEEE ComSoc Visa Assistance Request.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to iccreg@ieee.org and received by 23 April. No refund will be provided after this date.

Privacy of Information Policy

Information provided by the registrant will only be used by IEEE and its organizational units to serve the registrant for this and potentially other IEEE sponsored events, and updating IEEE member records. In no way will any individual information be given through, for example sale, exchange, or loan, to a third party for any reasons except as required by the prevailing law.

IMPORTANT:  For those paying via check or wire transfer, if funds are not received within 45 days of registering, your registration will be canceled.

All requests for registration transfers must be submitted via the ICC 2018 Presenter Substitution Form.
